We would like to welcome everyone to Austrian BJJ Open Championships. (Austria) at 22 Oct 2016.
Adults and masters categories and open classes for all adults.
Team competition ( Golden League Style ) with Price Money. Starting Fee is € 100.- per Team. 80℅ of the Starting Fee go for the Winner Team.
Example: 8 Teams and the Winner take € 640.- in Cash. For the second and third place are only Medals.

Team Competition Rules
A Team consists of 5 Athletes: only White + Blue belts ( -76kg, -82kg, -88kg, -94kg, +94kg).
When there are more than 3 Teams with Purple + Brown belts we will implement an Expert Team Competition.
It’s permitted to change heavier Athletes to lighter Athletes.
Example: “Team A” with 3 Athletes -76kg + 2 Athletes -82kg is allowed.
“Team B” with 3 Athletes -82kg + 2 Athletes +94kg is not allowed.
Before the first fight starts, each Team must nominate a Team Captain: The Captain has to write on a secret Bracket the names of each fight 1-5. Think about the Smartest Strategy ( after then, the line-up cannot be changed !!! ) The Referee puts the 2 Brackets and the first Fighters are called onto the mat. Make sure that none of the other Team knows yours Fighters Ranking thats part of the game !
Example: It’s possible that a -76kg Fighter from “Team A” fights against a +94kg Fighter from “Team B” !!
WINNER OF THE TEAM COMPETITION IS THAT TEAM, WHO FIRST WIN
3 FIGHTS !!

Weight-Ins
Before the first fight, the athlete will check his/her weight with the Gi. There is only one opportunity to check the weight. If the competitor does not make the weight, they will be immediately disqualified. Please make sure that you are in the correct weight division. You can not change divisions at the weigh-in, if you do not make your designated division, no changes will be accepted on the tournament day, no refunds.
All athletes should fight and weigh-in with the same Gi.
